'DAWRAH', an unbelievable 42 day course scheduled from Wednesday 15th July 2009 in Damascus and Nawa (birthplace of Imam Nawawi, Syria) till 26th August 2009, to be delivered by a selection of renowned and prominent scholars.

The amazing 42 day dawrah will involve daily intensive classes through the English medium in various sciences ranging from Fiqh, Hadith, Aqeeda, Seerah, Arabic Language, Qur'an, Tasawwuf, and the various other disciplines. The trip will also include tours to historical places of Prophets/Sahabas/Salaf with selected lessons scheduled at these locations. The spiritual journey will involve daily tahajjud with the miracle reciter of the world, Shaykh Sa'ad Nu'mani from Medinah. This amazing journey will take place in the heartland of Syria, in Damascus and Nawa, and will provide students to live and breathe with various Ulama from across the world for 42 days. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, Our advice to applicants is to enrol as soon as possible as places are limited, and the demands are huge due to the nationwide/world response it is receiving.

The application process will be open to all eligible students from 2nd September 2008 until 15th January 2009 which is the deadline for application submission and deposit payment. As a result of the high demand for the program, applications are reviewed on a first-come first-serve basis, so it is recommended to apply as soon as possible.

Applicants must be:
- Muslim
- At least 16 years of age
- Have a passport/green card from either the US, UK or Canada

Costs: £750 includes daily food(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner) and accommodation. Does not cover ticket costs.

Deposit: £250 made payable by January 15th 2009, full payment of must be paid by March 31st 2009.

Insha'Allah, the study schedule will be a minimum of 7 hours per day, intensive! Not necessarily 7 hours continuous, there will be scheduled breaks of appropriate lengths.
